For most women weight gain is some fat but mostly water weight. I gained 25 lbs after quitting smoking and stopped fitting into all of my jeans. I started to take 1000 Milligrams of Vitamin B12 in the morning and another 1000 at night. Eat low carbs for about 2 weeks and I actually lost more than I had gained to begin with. I had more energy than ever and am keeping it off!
